The remuneration calculation is supported by an Income Information System that upholds the principles of transparency and openness. Through this system, employees can view the calculation of their performance throughout the year. The system also allows employees to identify if there are any unpaid incentives corresponding to their achieved performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The income incentive appeal mechanism is further carried out through submissions to the faculty leadership. In each incentive period, the Vice Rector for Planning, Human Resources, General Affairs, and Finance issues a letter to all Deans at UNNES to collect employee income appeal submissions, which are then reported to the Rector. For example, Vice Rector\u2019s Letter Number <a href=\"http:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2025\/11\/e1ay1glmua3lzrose2ktnivul9g9khodb3nkr1x2-6763e03ba6818-1.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2025\/11\/06f8ebe667f2fba59974b33086cbd087-65d860f4da2e0-1-67f622872ad9f-2-1.pdf\"><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">B\/29152\/UN37\/KP.08.02\/2024<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> concerns the income incentive appeal period for the December 2024 payment cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This appeal mechanism reflects UNNES\u2019s strong commitment to respecting and protecting employee rights, including the right to fair remuneration and the opportunity to express objections through a transparent and accountable process.
