This initiative is also expected to lower supervision and training expenses for the workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevertheless, the university must ensure that outsourced workers receive appropriate rights and fair wages. It is the responsibility of educational institutions to serve as good role models for other companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UNNES regulates the use of outsourcing through <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jdih.unnes.ac.id\/f\/8-cap-pr-unnes-nomor-123-th-2024-pedoman-pelaksanaan-penggunaan-pekerja-alih-daya-67f7c4a71913a-1?passcode=\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Rector Regulation Number 123 of 2024 on Guidelines for the Implementation of Outsourced Workers in Universitas Negeri Semarang <\/mark><\/a>.<\/strong> In this regulation, the Rector emphasizes the importance of proper management by any third party working with UNNES in managing outsourced workers. Good management includes ensuring appropriate payment for outsourced workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Vice Rector for Planning, General Affairs, Human Resources &amp; Finance stated that the cooperation with third parties in providing outsourced labor is in accordance with existing regulations and will continue to be improved to maintain the welfare of outsourced employees.
