This policy represents a concrete step toward achieving the <em>Sustainable Development Goals<\/em> (SDGs), particularly Goal 12 (<em>Responsible Consumption and Production<\/em>) and Goal 13 (<em>Climate Action<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under this regulation, signed by the Rector of UNNES, Prof. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum., all academic units, lecturers, education staff, students, and members of the UNNES community are prohibited from using single-use plastic products in any campus activity. The prohibition includes plastic bottles, plastic straws, plastic food packaging, and plastic bags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UNNES also encourages the organization of <em>Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)<\/em>, environmental awareness campaigns, and waste management innovations as part of a long-term education effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To support this green initiative, the regulation mandates the provision of drinking water taps or dispensers in every building and classroom. Additionally, all members of UNNES are required to own and use reusable tumblers, cups, or containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy is part of the broader Clean, Green, and Healthy (H-BAT) program and is integrated with the internal <em>Green Campus<\/em> monitoring system.
