The atmosphere at UNNES is one that is free from discrimination. Religion, gender, and age are not used as criteria in employment, promotion, or participation in academic and non-academic activities. This commitment aligns with the <\/a>Standard Norms and Regulations Number 1 on the Elimination of Discrimination, Race, and Ethnicity issued by the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM<\/a>) <\/strong>of the Republic of Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of its ongoing dedication to inclusivity and protection of human rights, UNNES has established the Safe House for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (Rumah Aman PPKS) on the H Building Sekaran Campus. The facility was inaugurated by the Rector of UNNES as a concrete effort to protect survivors of sexual violence, including lecturers, education staff, and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rector UNNES emphasized that the establishment of Rumah PPKS demonstrates UNNES\u2019s strong commitment to supporting survivors and promoting a safe campus environment. This initiative also reflects the university\u2019s quick response to national priorities set by President Joko Widodo and the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Regulation No. 30 of 2021<\/a><\/strong> on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in Higher Education Institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
