DWP serves as a strategic partner in realizing the university\u2019s vision and mission as a Conservation and Internationally Reputable University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He emphasized that the active participation of DWP members is essential to strengthening the UNNES community, both academically and socially. The organization contributes to various initiatives in education, economy, and social\u2013cultural development, aligning with the university\u2019s values of inclusivity and equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>UNNES fully recognises and supports staff unions and associations, including women\u2019s organisations such as DWP, as legitimate bodies that represent and advocate for staff welfare. This recognition extends to all members of the academic community, including women and international staff, ensuring their voices are heard in institutional decision-making.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rector congratulated the newly inaugurated DWP UNNES Executive Board for the 2020\u20132024 period, chaired by Dr. Barokah Isdaryanti Fathur Rokhman, S.Pd., M.Pd., alongside Vice Chairperson Karniti S. Martono, Secretary Dra. Dwi Yulianti, M.Si., and supporting board members representing the Education, Economy, and Social and Cultural Affairs divisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each division leads various empowerment programs from educational capacity-building and economic initiatives to cultural preservation and social welfare embodying UNNES\u2019s commitment to sustainable development and gender equality.
