It emphasizes respect for human dignity, equality, accessibility, and inclusivity. This aligns with UNNES\u2019s vision as a <em>Conservation University<\/em> that champions diversity and social justice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The policy outlines comprehensive measures to support students with disabilities, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accessible learning services: ensuring fair access to education across all study programs and levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reasonable accommodations: providing proper adjustments to learning methods, facilities, and assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support systems: establishing a Disability Service Unit to coordinate educational assistance and promote inclusive practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal protection: prohibiting any form of discrimination, exploitation, neglect, or exclusion against students with disabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the new regulation, students with disabilities have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive quality education services in all fields of study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gain full participation in academic and student activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access appropriate facilities and accommodations tailored to their needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtain guidance, translation, and assistance to ensure smooth academic participation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To guarantee effective implementation, the regulation also introduces sanctions for lecturers, staff, or units that fail to provide appropriate services. Complaints can be reported through the Disability Service Unit, which will coordinate with the Rector to address violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rector Prof. Dr. S.
