Semarang-<\/strong> A research team from the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) at Semarang State University (UNNES) is actively conducting innovative research. This research focuses on developing a Life Skill Literacy Model based on Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) to empower village women in all Community Learning Centers (PKBM) throughout Central Java.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research team, consisting of experts in their respective fields, is led by Dr. Mintarsih Arbarini, M.Pd., along with team members Dr. Amin Yusuf, M.Si., Dr. Decky Avrilianda, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Rahmadani Nur Permanawati S.E., M.M. This research is designed to create a practical and participatory learning model, which is expected to improve life skills for women in the villages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research method used was a combination of online and offline approaches. Data collection was conducted online through Google Forms, while the team also visited PKBMs to distribute questionnaires and conduct in-depth interviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On August 9, 2025, the research team visited the Tunas Harapan Community Learning Center (PKBM) in Salatiga. There, the respondents greeted them with great enthusiasm. The women who are partners of the PKBM were very proactive in filling out questionnaires and participating in in-depth interviews, providing valuable data for this study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are very pleased to see the positive response from the women at the PKBM,\u201d said one of the research team members. \u201cTheir enthusiasm shows how important programs like this are for improving their independence and quality of life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results of this study are expected to serve as a practical guide for PKBMs in Central Java in implementing programs that are more focused and relevant to the needs of village women.
