The event took place in front of Building E7, Faculty of Engineering, as part of the project-based assessment for the Culinary Business Management course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The activity aimed to equip students with practical entrepreneurial experience in planning, managing, and executing a culinary business. Through this bazaar, students showcased a variety of culinary products while applying principles of sustainable food production and responsible consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event is in line with the university\u2019s commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2: Zero Hunger and SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. The implementation of local ingredients, minimal food waste strategies, and environmentally friendly packaging reflected the students\u2019 awareness and contribution to sustainability practices in the food industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Wirawan Sumbodo, M.T.., appreciated the students\u2019 creativity and initiative.
