Through a partnership with its internal funding body, Koperasi Pegawai Handayani UNNES (Handayani Employee Cooperative), the university offers financial assistance through accessible and low-interest loan schemes. This program aims to help employees and lecturers obtain decent housing with affordable installments and simplified administrative procedures.
The Handayani Cooperative, as an official partner of UNNES, serves as a platform that provides funding facilities for various employee needs, including home purchases, renovations, and residential land acquisition. The scheme operates under the principles of gotong royong (mutual cooperation) and low interest rates, ensuring equitable financial benefits for all cooperative members.
According to the management of the Handayani Cooperative, this financing program has successfully assisted many young employees in owning private homes without relying on commercial loans from external financial institutions. In addition, the loan application process is carried out transparently and efficiently, with membership-based guarantees.
