Semarang, August 10, 2025 – Another proud achievement has been made by students of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). The team consisting of Yeriko Anugrah Pratama Damanik (2308010381), Nailizza Weni Bhamatika (2308010086), and Mabelle Taja Tambingon (2308010709) won 3rd place in the prestigious Lexellence Legal Opinion Competition 2025 held by Prasetya Mulya University on August 10, 2025.
This competition brought together law students from various universities in Indonesia to hone their legal analysis skills, legal reasoning, and the drafting of legal opinions on current issues in national and international legal practice. The UNNES FH team demonstrated critical thinking skills, strong legal arguments, and accuracy in formulating comprehensive and ethical legal solutions, thereby securing a place in the top three in this national competition.
This achievement is clear evidence of the commitment of the UNNES Faculty of Law to producing powerful graduates who excel not only in legal theory but also in the practical application of legal knowledge. This success is also a tangible manifestation of the implementation of the vision of “FH Menggema, Lulusan Digdaya, dan Hukum Berdaulat” (FH Resonates, Graduates are Competent, and Law is Sovereign), which prioritizes the quality, integrity, and competitiveness of UNNES law students at the national and international levels.
This student achievement is also in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, which emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of higher education and developing the competencies of students as the next generation with a global perspective, critical thinking, and innovative abilities in the field of legal science. Through continuous guidance and strong academic support, FH UNNES continues to strive to realize inclusive, adaptive, and excellence-oriented legal education.
