The national seminar was most aligned with three SDGs relevant to the context of sports education and sports research, namely SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), which is reflected in the encouragement of research development in the field of sports to improve the health, fitness, and well-being of the community; SDG 4 (Quality Education) through strengthening the research capabilities of master’s and doctoral students and improving the quality of learning in higher education; and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), which is evident in academic collaboration with speakers and other institutions in order to expand scientific networks and encourage sustainable cooperation. This connection shows that national seminars not only increase the capacity of researchers, but also support UNNES’ contribution to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
