Semarang, October 12, 2025 – The Student Organization (ORMAWA) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang (FH UNNES) once again made proud achievements in the ORMAWA UNNES 2025 Sports and Arts Week (PORSENI), which was held on October 9–12, 2025. This annual event serves as a platform for students from all faculties at UNNES to showcase their talents, creativity, and strengthen the spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie.
In this event, ORMAWA FH UNNES actively participated in various competitions, both in the arts and sports. In the arts category, the FH UNNES delegation delivered a captivating performance in the Solo Vocal and Poetry Musicalization categories. In the sports category, FH students competed in Volleyball, Petanque, Chess, and Table Tennis, both in team and individual categories. Thanks to their fighting spirit, teamwork, and high dedication, FH UNNES won third place in Women’s Volleyball and third place in Women’s Petanque, which is clear evidence of the potential and solidarity of FH UNNES students.
The opening of the 2025 PORSENI event was officially conducted by the Rector of Semarang State University, accompanied by university leaders, and attended by the Dean of FH UNNES, Vice Deans, and BEM FH UNNES advisors who gave their full support to the participants. The presence of faculty leadership is a tangible form of moral support for students to continue excelling not only in academic fields but also in non-academic areas.
The success of ORMAWA FH UNNES in this event is in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, which emphasizes the importance of building a culture of peace, sportsmanship, solidarity, and character building in educational institutions. Through this event, students learn to uphold the values of justice, cooperation, and integrity—values that are important foundations in the development of a civilized and ethical legal society.
With the spirit of “FH Resonates, Graduates are Powerful, and Law is Sovereign,” the success of ORMAWA FH UNNES at PORSENI 2025 reflects a faculty that is not only excellent in the academic field but also active in fostering leadership, togetherness, and a positive competitive spirit among students. It is hoped that this achievement will inspire the entire academic community to continue working and contributing to the advancement of the university and the nation.
