Semarang, July 18, 2025 – The Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) of Semarang State University (UNNES) successfully held a Webinar, Batch 3 Writing Article Manuscripts entitled “From Vision to Publication: Integrating Project Planning with Effective Manuscript Writing”. The event featured Dr. Felix Why, Senior Lecturer at the School of Health and Wellbeing, Department of Psychology and Mental Health, University of Worcester, as the main speaker.
The event will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, and Friday, July 18, 2025, at the FIPP UNNES Dean’s Office Building, 3rd Floor. The material discussed on the first day will focus on project planning, while the second day will focus on effective scientific manuscript writing techniques.
This activity was attended by 60 participants, consisting of lecturers from undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs, PPK lecturers, and master’s and postgraduate students from FIPP UNNES. The attendance of the participants reflected the high enthusiasm of the FIPP UNNES academic community in improving their research planning and scientific article publication competencies.

In his speech, Prof. Dr. Edy Purwanto, M.Si. emphasized the importance of international collaboration and strengthening the academic capacity of lecturers and postgraduate students in reputable scientific publications. This activity is expected to be a strategic forum for integrating research project planning with targeted manuscript writing, thereby increasing the chances of publication in reputable international journals.
With the implementation of this activity, FIPP UNNES reaffirms its commitment to continue supporting the academic capacity building of its community in international research and publication.
