The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Semarang State University continues to demonstrate its commitment to improving governance quality and strengthening the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). This strategic effort is carried out through collaborative activities and benchmarking of higher education quality assurance systems with two partner campuses: Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) and Universitas Brawijaya (UB).
The first visit was conducted on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the Faculty of Social Sciences Campus of UM. The meeting was productive, with discussions focusing on technical aspects of quality governance and the implementation of sustainable quality assurance practices. The second benchmarking activity took place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at the Quality Assurance Unit (GJM) of FISIP Universitas Brawijaya, held in Meeting Room 7.1, Building C, FISIP UB.

The FISIP UNNES delegation consisted of Dr. Nurul Fatimah, M.Si.; Natal Kristiono, S.Pd., M.H.; Lukki Lukitawati, S.T., M.I.Kom.; and Purnomo Adi Saputro, S.Pd., M.Sc., who engaged in in-depth discussions on the development of academic and non-academic quality instruments, digitalization of quality assurance, and strategies for improving higher education service quality.

Through this activity, FISIP UNNES aims to create opportunities for sharing best practices, strengthening institutional networks, and formulating follow-up action plans to support comprehensive quality enhancement. This effort aligns with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through improved learning governance, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through strategic collaboration across higher education institutions.
With the strengthening of the SPMI, FISIP UNNES reaffirms its commitment to becoming a nationally and internationally reputable faculty that consistently delivers excellent, accountable, and sustainable educational services.
