Semarang, November 17, 2025 – The Faculty of Law, State University of Semarang (FH UNNES) once again presented an inspiring event through a Mental Health Workshop & Seminar for Generation Z Students. This event was part of the November Justitia program series and took place at the GSG FH UNNES Building with high enthusiasm from the participants.
The workshop was designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of mental health for students, especially in this fast-paced and stressful digital era. Through interactive discussions, participants were invited to recognize psychological issues often experienced by the younger generation and discover strategies for managing stress, balancing emotions, and strengthening well-being as the foundation for a healthy academic life.
This activity is in line with UNNES’ commitment to supporting the achievement of SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, emphasizing the importance of mental health as an integral part of sustainable human development. Additionally, this activity is also related to SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, as good mental health contributes to the creation of a peaceful, inclusive, and empowered academic environment.
The implementation of this workshop reflects the spirit of FH Menggema, where the faculty continues to drive positive change through educational activities that have a real impact. By providing relevant learning spaces for students, FH UNNES helps produce Digdaya Graduates—a generation that is resilient, has character, and is able to face global challenges. This initiative also reinforces the direction of Sovereign Law, which is legal education that prioritizes human dignity, welfare, and the integrity of academic institutions.
FH UNNES is committed to continuing to provide programs that support the health, quality, and resilience of students as part of its efforts to create a campus that has an impact on society and sustainable development.
