Semarang, December 4, 2025 — The Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FIP UNJ), conducted a study visit to the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Universitas Negeri Semarang (FIPP UNNES) on Thursday, December 4, 2025, in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the FIPP UNNES Dean’s Office. This activity aimed to strengthen synergy and share best practices in academic program development, institutional management, and improving the quality of higher education in the field of educational sciences.
The visit was received directly by the Dean of FIPP UNNES and the faculty members. In his remarks, the Dean of FIPP UNNES expressed his appreciation and pride for the trust FIP UNJ has placed in FIPP UNNES as a partner in strengthening educational governance and innovation.
“FIPP UNNES is open to collaboration and sharing best practices in educational development. We hope this activity will not only serve as a forum for sharing experiences but also foster real collaboration that can contribute to improving the quality of education in Indonesia,” said Prof. Dr. Edy Purwanto, MSi.
Meanwhile, Dr. Aip Badrujaman, MPd, Dean of FIP UNJ, in his remarks, stated that this study tour is part of FIP UNJ’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of educational services through benchmarking with leading educational institutions, one of which is FIPP UNNES.
“We see FIPP UNNES as an example of a faculty that has successfully implemented various innovations, particularly in curriculum development, institutional strengthening, and research collaboration. We came to learn and hope to further strengthen our collaboration in various fields,” he said.
The agenda included institutional discussions, faculty profile presentations, and explorations of collaboration in various programs, such as collaborative research, scientific publications, and lecturer-student exchanges. Through this discussion, both faculties are committed to strengthening academic networks that mutually support the advancement of national education and create innovative collaborations in the future.
