Semarang, August 8, 2025 — The Dean of the Faculty of Law, State University of Semarang (FH UNNES), Prof. Dr. Ali Masyhar, S.H., M.H., together with the Rector of UNNES and university leadership, conducted monitoring and evaluation of the Prosecutorial and Litigation Practice Program (Prigel) for FH UNNES students currently undergoing practical training at the Central Java High Prosecutor’s Office.
This activity aims to ensure the optimal implementation of the Prigel program, both in terms of practical learning and strengthening legal professional ethics. Monitoring and evaluation also serve as a means to hear firsthand the experiences, obstacles, and achievements of students while in the law enforcement environment.
This step is in line with UNNES’ commitment to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, which emphasizes the importance of building strong, transparent, and fair institutions. Through field training such as Prigel, students not only acquire technical legal skills, but are also shaped to uphold the values of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
The Dean of FH UNNES emphasized that this activity is part of the implementation of the spirit of FH Menggema, which confirms the faculty’s role in producing Digdaya Graduates — graduates who are academically superior, resilient in facing challenges, and ready to contribute significantly to the enforcement of sovereign law. Through a combination of classroom theory and hands-on field experience, it is hoped that students will become agents of change who bring benefits to society.
Through synergy between the academic world and law enforcement agencies, FH UNNES continues to strengthen its position as an impactful campus that contributes to the creation of a fair and just legal system in Indonesia.
