Semarang \u2013 The undergraduate Chemistry program at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) has officially received an \u201cExcellent\u201d (Unggul) accreditation rating from the Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Sains Alam dan Ilmu Formal (LAMSAMA). This was formalized in Decree Number 064\/SK\/LAMSAMA\/Akred\/S\/III\/2026, issued on March 10, 2026, in Depok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the decree, the UNNES undergraduate Chemistry program has been granted accredited status with an Excellent rating. This accreditation is valid for five years, from March 10, 2026, until March 9, 2031.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The accreditation reflects the implementation of higher education quality assurance policies, as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 39 of 2025 on Higher Education Quality Assurance. The accreditation process also refers to relevant regulations established by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) and LAMSAMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The decree also notes that the accreditation status and rating may be revoked before the expiration date if the program is later found to no longer meet the required accreditation standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The decision took effect on the date of issuance and was signed by the Executive Board Director of LAMSAMA, Mitra Djamal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
