Semarang \u2013 The undergraduate Mathematics program at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) has officially received an \u201cExcellent\u201d (Unggul) accreditation rating from the Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Sains Alam dan Ilmu Formal (LAMSAMA). This achievement is formalized in Decree Number 065\/SK\/LAMSAMA\/Akred\/S\/III\/2026, issued on March 10, 2026, in Depok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the decree, the UNNES undergraduate Mathematics program has been granted accredited status with an Excellent rating, valid for five years, from March 10, 2026, until March 9, 2031.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This accreditation is part of the implementation of higher education quality assurance policies, as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Number 39 of 2025. The accreditation process also refers to relevant regulations established by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) and LAMSAMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The decree also states that the accreditation status and rating may be revoked before the expiration date if the program is later found to no longer meet the required accreditation standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The decision took effect on the date of issuance and was signed by the Executive Board Director of LAMSAMA, Mitra Djamal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This Excellent accreditation is expected to further enhance the quality of education, research, and the contribution of the UNNES Mathematics program to the development of science and technology in Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
