The purpose and objective of this activity is to get to know the Central Java BPBD better. In addition, the visit is expected to increase insight into disasters and mitigation.<br>On this visit, the group was received by KALAHAR (Daily Executive Chair) of the Central Java BPBD, Mr. Bergas, who also delivered a guest lecture with the material Understanding disasters according to Law No. 24 of 2007, the process of landslides, floods in several areas of Central Java and their mitigation carried out by both the Community and the government.<br>The guest lecture material was also delivered by BPBD Staff (Mr. Jati and Mr. Rizal) who delivered material about Flood Reservoirs in Demak, how they impact community life, and structural and non-structural mitigation. Material was also delivered on disaster risk reduction efforts. The lecture activity was continued with a question and answer session.
