This activity aims to support the development of a circular economy in the village and of course supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The activity began with material presented by Abdul Jabbar about the potential of a circular economy through waste processing by Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). This is expected to improve the local economy. The second material, presented by Amnan Haris, explained the BSF maggot cultivation technique, including the steps, life phases, composition, nutritional value, and marketing. After the theory session, participants consisting of village officials, PKK groups, and community leaders carried out direct maggot cultivation practices facilitated by the Semarang State University service team.
