During this opportunity, Prof. Dr. Ani Rusilowati, M.Pd, presented an innovative learning model that fosters a research culture for students. The activity took place on Friday, November 3, 2023, from 13:00 to 15:00, attended by 35 teachers from public and private high schools and madrasas affiliated with MGMP.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"536\" height=\"656\" src=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/mipa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/11\/IMG_6256.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14094\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/mipa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/11\/IMG_6256.jpeg 536w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/mipa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/11\/IMG_6256-245x300.jpeg 245w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 536px) 100vw, 536px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The material presented by Prof. Dr. Ani Rusilowati, M.Pd, focused on an innovative learning model called Differentiate Indirect Learning (Dif-In-Le) with a STEM approach. The enthusiasm of the teachers was evident through the numerous questions regarding the implementation of this model. The hope is that teachers are capable and willing to apply it in physics education, as an effort to nurture students interested in research.
