Based on the Decision Letter of the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) Number 1298\/3.a.1\/LAB\/11\/2023 Regarding Accreditation Decisions, it is hereby announced that on November 13, 2023, the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) has decided to grant accreditation to the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Semarang State University – Testing Laboratory as a testing laboratory with accreditation number LP-1870-IDN according to the attached scope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The accreditation decision states that the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Semarang State University – Testing Laboratory is granted the right to use the KAN Accreditation Symbol in accordance with the provisions in KAN U-03 on the Use of KAN Accreditation Symbols and KAN U-01 on the Requirements and Rules for Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Bodies. The accreditation period is valid for 5 (five) years from November 13, 2023, to November 12, 2028, with the first surveillance scheduled between months 15 and 18, the second surveillance scheduled between months 36 and 39, reassessment scheduled between months 51 and 54, and the submission of reaccreditation application along with other supporting documents should be submitted no later than month 48 since November 13, 2023. The time interval between surveillance\/assessment and the previous visit should not exceed 24 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
