The Mathematics Science Association of FMIPA UNNES presents the National Mathematical Scientific Forum (FIMNAS) 2023 with the theme \u201cExplore your mathematical intelligence to become a golden generation of mathematicians in the era Society 5.0<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The series of activities for FIMNAS 2023 began with participant registration for the Mathematics Competition and Mathematics Paper Competition from June 4 to October 6, 2023. A total of 557 participants, including students and scholars from various provinces such as Central Java, East Java, South Kalimantan, Bali, West Java, South Sulawesi, Banten, Riau, Central Sulawesi, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, and Lampung, took part in FIMNAS 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday, September 21, 2023, the soft opening was conducted. The soft opening marks the first agenda of FIMNAS 2023, where the committee seeks permission and blessings from the Mathematics Faculty Lecturers to carry out all subsequent FIMNAS activities. The soft opening includes entertainment with the screening of teasers and the aftermovie of FIMNAS 2022, followed by the symbolic opening of FIMNAS 2023 with the cutting of the ceremonial cone and a friendly gathering. The event concludes with sharing sessions and group photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday, September 30, 2023, a mathematics olympiad webinar was conducted. The mathematics olympiad webinar is the second agenda of FIMNAS 2023. The webinar series includes an in-depth analysis of the syllabus material, featuring several problems complete with their solutions presented by speakers at each level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The speakers for Junior High School (MCJHS) are M. Habiburrohman, M.Si. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next series of FIMNAS 2023 is Trial 1 and 2, which will be held on October 7 and 14, 2023. These activities involve the trial execution of problems for participants in the Mathematics Competition using the Genius Indonesia application or website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday, October 21, 2023, Preliminary Round 1 of the Mathematics Competition will take place. This activity will be conducted through the Genius Indonesia application or website to select the top 50 finalists in each level. Additionally, after submitting full papers and posters, on the same day, the top 5 finalists of the Mathematics Paper Competition who qualify for the next round will also be announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final event of FIMNAS 2023 is the Grand Opening, featuring a talk show on “Tips and Tricks to Spark Children’s Interest in Mathematics” by Prof. Dr. Isti Hidayah, M.Pd., followed by a guest star performance, Semarangan dance, an exhibition of mathematical teaching aids, and a food, beverage, accessories, and FIMNAS problem book bazaar. In the Mathematics Competition, there will be Preliminary Round 2, Semifinal, and Final rounds, while the Mathematics Paper Competition will feature presentation and Q&A rounds. After completing these stages, the winners of the Mathematics Competition and Mathematics Paper Competition will be selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
