on the Mechanism of Vice Dean Selection at the FMIPA UNNES for the Period 2023-2028"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Through Circular Letter No. B\/6924\/UN37.1.4\/KP\/2023 regarding the Mechanism of Vice Dean Selection at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Semarang State University (FMIPA UNNES) for the Period 2023-2028, it is informed that based on the Letter of the Vice Rector for Planning, General Affairs, Human Resources, and Finance, Semarang State University, No. T\/6200\/UN37\/KP\/2023 regarding the Selection of Vice Dean Candidates, guided by the Rector&#8217;s Regulation No. 12 of 2023 concerning the Requirements, Procedures for Appointment and Dismissal, and Duties of Deans and Vice Deans of Semarang State University, the following points are conveyed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vacancies for Vice Dean Structural Positions at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Semarang State University for the Period 2023-2028 are as follows:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vice Dean for Planning and Resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vice Dean for Business, Research, and Cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prospective Vice Dean Candidates must meet the requirements stated in Rector&#8217;s Regulation No. 12 of 2023, namely:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Civil servant lecturers, with a minimum education level of a Master&#8217;s degree (S2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least holding the academic position of Lecturer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prospective Vice Dean Candidates who meet the requirements in point 2 are required to submit a written concept with the development of the Faculty, which includes:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Background and SWOT analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programs and action plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curriculum vitae (CV).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating faculty members must submit a video recording containing a presentation of the written concept.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faculty members participating in the Vice Dean selection are required to submit the following documents:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photocopy of the appointment decree as a civil servant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopy of Identity Card (KTP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrity pact statement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statement of willingness to become Vice Dean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The last two years&#8217; work performance report (SKP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement letter stating:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not currently undergoing study leave for more than 6 (six) months or study permit for advanced studies that leaves the duties of the Three Pillars of Higher Education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not currently undergoing moderate or severe disciplinary sanctions known to the faculty leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not currently receiving academic and non-academic sanctions from UNNES, known by the Vice Rector for Field II.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not currently temporarily released from the academic position of a lecturer due to holding a structural position outside of UNNES that leaves the duties of the Three Pillars of Higher Education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Police Record Certificate (SKCK).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health Certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopy of the last legalized diploma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopy of the last academic position decree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopy of the last promotion decree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The Schedule for Vice Dean Selection at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang for the Period 2023-2028 is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table Vice Dean candidate<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tuesday, May 23, 2023<\/td><td>&nbsp;Administrative selection and preparation for verification of written concepts on the development of FMIPA.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Wednesday, May 24, 2023<\/td><td>&nbsp;Interview or discussion regarding the selected written concepts.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Thursday, May 25, 2023<\/td><td>&nbsp;Vice Dean election.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Friday, May 26, 2023<\/td><td>&nbsp;Submission of the names of the Vice Dean candidates from FMIPA to the University.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The submission of written concepts and required documents for prospective Vice Dean candidates should be done at the FMIPA Administrative Coordinator&#8217;s Office no later than Monday, May 22, 2023.
