One way to produce professional staff with superior competence is through the preparation of prospective teachers and educational staff with a conservation perspective who possess strong character and good academic abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve this, through the <strong>&#8220;Lantip&#8221;<\/strong> program, prospective education personnel (in both school and out-of-school education pathways) are required to participate in a competence formation process.
