One of the tasks of Semarang State University is to produce academic, professional, and vocational staff who have superior competence in the fields of science, technology, arts, and sports with a conservation perspective. One way to produce professional staff with superior competence is through the preparation of prospective teachers and educational staff with a conservation perspective who possess strong character and good academic abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To achieve this, through the “Lantip”<\/strong> program, prospective education personnel (in both school and out-of-school education pathways) are required to participate in a competence formation process. These prospective education personnel include subject teacher candidates, counseling teacher candidates, supervising teacher candidates, teaching staff candidates, tutor candidates, trainer staff candidates, and other educational staff candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This process is carried out through PPL (Field Experience Practice) activities, or what is now known as Introduction to Schooling Field (PLP), which is one primary form of providing teaching experience to students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
