UNNES’s commitment to facing future developments in the world of higher education must be able to respond and adapt to changes in national and international society that do not simply “run”, have to “jump” and even “fly” really need support from the units within it, one of which is FMIPA. For this reason, in order to make the UNNES programs successful, which have made big leaps, FMIPA has made sustainable planned changes formulated in a strategic business plan.
The 2015-2019 FMIPA Business Strategic Plan has been implemented successfully, now FMIPA has targeted its achievements at the 2020-2024 FMIPA Business Strategic Plan which is a continuation of the previous period. The plan drawn up is of course an elaboration of the 2020-2024 UNNES Business Strategic Plan, as well as an achievement plan targeted by FMIPA in supporting UNNES to achieve PTN status as a legal entity with ASEAN reputation.
To support this, FMIPA’s Business Strategic Plan for 2020\u20132024 has set 10 Main Targets (SU) and 68 Key Performance Indicators (IKU). These targets and performance indicators serve as guidelines and directions for the development of a more innovative FMIPA in the next five years. In addition, so that the success of these various targets is more systematic, massive and structured, the 2020-2024 FMIPA Business Strategic Plan is also intended as a planned and controlled financial management strategy that can be used as a reference for all work sub-units up to Study Programs within FMIPA UNNES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
