The training was held onsite at the LPPP UNNES training room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 40 lecturers from UNNES participated in the program. The face-to-face format enabled intensive interaction, allowing participants to engage in in-depth discussions, collaborative work, and practical exercises related to improving instructional practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Applied Approach (AA) program is an advanced training designed to enhance lecturers\u2019 competencies across pedagogical, professional, social, and personal domains. It focuses on improving the quality of teaching through activities such as course reconstruction, development of teaching materials, and the implementation of alternative assessment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the training, participants actively explored innovative approaches to teaching and learning, while also reflecting on their current practices.
