The program was conducted fully online through Zoom and supported by a Learning Management System (LMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 17 participants, consisting of lecturers from various higher education institutions, joined the training program. They actively engaged in both synchronous sessions via Zoom and asynchronous learning activities through the LMS platform, enabling a flexible yet interactive learning experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MOC AA is part of a continuous effort to strengthen lecturers\u2019 competencies, particularly in improving the quality of teaching and learning processes in higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the organizing institution, LPPP UNNES remains committed to delivering professional development programs that are adaptive, accessible, and relevant to current educational needs.
