The program was conducted fully online through Zoom and supported by a Learning Management System (LMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 24 participants, consisting of lecturers from various higher education institutions, took part in the program. Coming from diverse academic backgrounds and disciplines, the participants actively engaged in both synchronous sessions via Zoom and asynchronous learning activities through the LMS. Their participation reflected a strong commitment to improving teaching quality and professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the training, participants were involved in structured discussions, collaborative assignments, and practical exercises related to instructional design. The online format allowed them to exchange ideas and experiences across institutions, enriching the overall learning process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MOC PEKERTI is designed to equip lecturers with fundamental instructional skills, particularly in designing effective learning, implementing appropriate teaching strategies, and conducting meaningful evaluations. The program also serves as an important step in preparing lecturers for professional certification (serdos). As the organizing institution, LPPP UNNES continues to demonstrate its commitment to expanding access to professional development programs through digital learning.
