The program was delivered online through Zoom and supported by a Learning Management System (LMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 25 participants, consisting of lecturers and educational personnel from AKPOL, took part in the training. The participants actively engaged in a series of interactive sessions, combining live discussions via Zoom with independent learning activities on the LMS platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Applied Approach (AA) program is an advanced training designed to strengthen participants\u2019 competencies in pedagogy, professionalism, social skills, and personal development. It focuses on improving the quality of learning through activities such as course reconstruction, development of teaching materials, and the use of alternative assessment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the program, participants collaborated and exchanged insights based on their teaching experiences, fostering a dynamic and enriching learning environment despite the online setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the organizing institution, LPPP UNNES continues to expand its role in supporting professional development across institutions.
