The program was delivered online, enabling participants to join remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 31 lecturers from Universitas Bangka Belitung participated in the training. The online format allowed participants to engage in structured learning sessions, discussions, and assignments through digital platforms, ensuring flexibility while maintaining active interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the program, participants were introduced to essential pedagogical competencies, including instructional planning, effective teaching strategies, and learning evaluation methods. The training also provided opportunities for participants to reflect on and improve their current teaching practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a mandatory program for early-career lecturers, PEKERTI plays a crucial role in supporting professional development and preparing participants for the national lecturer certification process (serdos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this initiative, LPPP UNNES continues to strengthen its collaboration with partner institutions in enhancing lecturer quality.
