The program was held onsite at the LPPP UNNES training room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 40 lecturers from UNNES participated in the training. The in-person format provided opportunities for intensive engagement through interactive discussions, group activities, and hands-on practice in instructional design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PEKERTI is a foundational program aimed at strengthening lecturers\u2019 pedagogical competencies, particularly in planning, implementing, and evaluating effective learning. It also serves as an essential step in preparing lecturers for the national certification process (serdos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the five-day training, participants explored key aspects of teaching and learning, including course design, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
