Semarang, February 27, 2026 \u2014 A total of 36 lecturers participated in the Basic Instructional Skills Development Training (PEKERTI) MOC Batch 32, organized by the Institute for Educational Development and Quality Assurance (LPPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). The program was conducted online from February 23 to 27, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Delivered through a Massive Open Course (MOC) scheme, the training combined real-time virtual sessions with self-paced learning activities. This format allowed participants to engage flexibly while still maintaining structured learning progress throughout the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a foundational training for early-career lecturers, PEKERTI focuses on developing essential teaching competencies, including course planning, instructional delivery, and learning evaluation. The program also serves as an important step in preparing lecturers for professional certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the program, participants explored various aspects of effective teaching practices, ranging from student-centered learning approaches to assessment design and teaching simulations. Interactive discussions and assignments were integrated into the online system to support deeper understanding and peer collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The use of digital platforms in this training encouraged participants to adapt to technology-enhanced learning environments, reflecting current trends in higher education.
