The training was held from July 21 to July 25, 2025, at the Politeknik PU campus, located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Semarang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 16 lecturers from Politeknik Pekerjaan Umum participated in the program. The onsite implementation enabled participants to fully engage in structured sessions, interactive discussions, and practical exercises focused on improving instructional techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PEKERTI program is designed to strengthen fundamental pedagogical competencies, particularly in planning, delivering, and evaluating effective learning. As a mandatory training for early-career lecturers, it also supports participants in preparing for the national lecturer certification process (serdos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the five-day training, participants explored key aspects of instructional design, including course development, teaching strategies, and assessment methods. Supporting materials and learning resources were also provided to enhance participants\u2019 understanding and application of the concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this collaborative initiative, LPPP UNNES continues to extend its role in advancing lecturer professionalism beyond its home institution.
