Semarang, June 20, 2025 \u2014 The Institute for Educational Development and Quality Assurance (LPPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) successfully organized the Basic Instructional Skills Development Training (PEKERTI) MOC 27, held online from June 16 to 20, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training was attended by 35 participants (lecturers) from various higher education institutions and was conducted fully online through Zoom and the Learning Management System (LMS), enabling flexible and interactive learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This five-day program aimed to enhance participants\u2019 pedagogical competencies, particularly in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective learning processes in higher education. PEKERTI is a key program that equips lecturers with fundamental instructional skills to improve teaching quality and student learning outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the training, participants engaged in various sessions covering instructional design, innovative teaching methods, assessment strategies, and microteaching practices. The online format was complemented by interactive discussions, assignments, and practical exercises through the LMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite being conducted virtually, the program maintained a high level of engagement, allowing participants to actively collaborate and exchange ideas on effective teaching practices. This approach supports the development of adaptive and innovative learning strategies in response to the evolving landscape of higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
