Semarang, 12 Januari 2026 – Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melalui Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LPPP) menyelenggarakan Pelatihan Applied Approach (AA) bagi Dosen UNNES Tahun 2026. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Gedung LPPP UNNES Lantai 3 dan diikuti oleh 40 dosen dari 9 fakultas di lingkungan UNNES.


Pelatihan Applied Approach merupakan program strategis yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan andragogik dosen, sejalan dengan kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi serta amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen. Program ini dirancang untuk memperkuat kapasitas dosen dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di pendidikan tinggi secara profesional, inovatif, dan berdampak.


Kegiatan diawali dengan pembukaan yang meliputi menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya dan Mars UNNES, laporan kegiatan oleh Alief Noor Farida, S.Pd., M.Pd. Kepala Pusat Layanan Bahasa, Pelatihan Pendidikan, Karier, Bimbingan Konseling, dan Disabilitas LPPP UNNES, serta sambutan sekaligus pembukaan kegiatan. Pelatihan secara resmi dibuka oleh Ketua LPPP UNNES Prof. Dr. Rodiyah, S.Pd., S.H., M.Si., yang dalam kesempatan ini diwakili oleh Sekretaris LPPP UNNES Mohamad Ikhwan Rosyidi, S.S., M.A.


Dalam sambutannya, Sekretaris LPPP UNNES menegaskan bahwa sertifikat Pelatihan Applied Approach memiliki kedudukan setara dengan Akta V, yang diakui sebagai salah satu bentuk sertifikasi kompetensi mengajar di pendidikan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, para peserta diimbau untuk mengikuti seluruh rangkaian pelatihan secara sungguh-sungguh serta menyelesaikan setiap penugasan agar dapat memperoleh sertifikat.
Pelatihan Applied Approach bagi Dosen UNNES Tahun 2026 dilaksanakan selama empat hari, mulai 12–15 Januari 2026, dengan total beban pelatihan 50 jam. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara daring dengan moda synchronous dan asynchronous, sehingga memungkinkan peserta untuk tetap aktif berinteraksi sekaligus mendalami materi secara mandiri.


Adapun materi pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi Konstruktivisme Pembelajaran, Etika dan Moral dalam Pembelajaran, Kepemimpinan Visioner di Era Disrupsi Digital, Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan, Pengembangan Kurikulum, Rekonstruksi Mata Kuliah, Aplikasi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Ragam Media Pembelajaran, Evaluasi Proses Belajar Mengajar, Alternative Assessment, Penulisan Buku Ajar, serta pre-test dan post-test. Seluruh materi diampu oleh instruktur profesional UNNES yang kompeten di bidangnya masing-masing.


Melalui pelatihan ini, UNNES berharap dapat mencetak dosen-dosen yang inovatif, adaptif, dan berintegritas, serta mampu mewujudkan pembelajaran yang bermutu dan berdampak bagi mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Pelatihan Applied Approach menjadi salah satu wujud komitmen UNNES dalam menjaga kualitas pendidikan tinggi dan memperkuat peran dosen sebagai pendidik profesional di era transformasi pendidikan.
