TINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENULISAN ILMIAH, GURU LABSCHOOL IKUTI WORKSHOP PENULISAN

Semarang, 31 Juli 2025 – Dalam rangka mendorong peningkatan literasi dan kemampuan menulis di kalangan guru, Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LPPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang melalui Jurnal Profesi Keguruan (JPK) menginisiasi kegiatan pelatihan menulis bagi guru-guru di lingkungan Labschool UNNES dan jejaringnya.

Bertempat di Aula Labschool UNNES, kegiatan ini menghadirkan 36 guru dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan yang tergabung dalam komunitas Labschool serta mahasiswa Program LANTIP UNNES yang sedang melaksanakan praktik pengalaman lapangan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menumbuhkan keberanian dan motivasi guru untuk mendokumentasikan praktik terbaik (best practice) yang mereka alami selama mengajar maupun dalam pengelolaan kelas.

Hadir sebagai narasumber adalah Ibu Diah Arumsasi, S.Pd., M.Pd., guru berprestasi dari SMA Negeri 2 Mranggen yang juga aktif sebagai penulis buku dan kolumnis media massa. Dalam paparannya, Diah menyampaikan bahwa pengalaman mengajar di kelas adalah ladang inspirasi yang sangat kaya dan layak untuk diangkat menjadi karya tulis.

“Sebagai guru, kita memiliki banyak momen dan strategi pengajaran yang bisa menjadi referensi bagi guru lain. Best practice yang ditulis bisa menjadi solusi atas berbagai tantangan pembelajaran di kelas,” ungkapnya.

Senada dengan itu, Ismuwati, S.Psi, Kepala TK Labschool UNNES, turut membagikan pengalaman unik para guru dalam menangani siswa dan kegiatan kelas. Ia menyayangkan bahwa banyak pengalaman berharga tersebut belum sempat terdokumentasikan karena kesibukan guru yang padat.

Ketua Jurnal Profesi Keguruan (JPK) LPPP UNNES Muhammad Feriady, S.Pd., M.Pd dalam sambutannya menegaskan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari misi LPPP untuk membangun ekosistem akademik yang kolaboratif antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah mitra, khususnya dalam bidang publikasi ilmiah guru.

“Penulisan best practice bukan hanya menjadi bagian dari pengembangan profesional guru, tetapi juga mendukung Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs) poin 4, yaitu memastikan pendidikan inklusif dan berkualitas serta mendukung kesempatan belajar sepanjang hayat,” jelasnya.

Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal yang strategis dan diharapkan dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan program pendampingan penulisan karya ilmiah guru agar hasil praktik terbaik yang dimiliki para guru dapat dipublikasikan dalam jurnal maupun media lainnya secara berkelanjutan.
