Semarang, 6 September 2024 — Dalam upaya mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melalui Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LPPP) menyelenggarakan Pelatihan Program MOC Applied Approach (AA) Batch 8. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) dalam memperkuat kompetensi pedagogik dan andragogik dosen di seluruh tanah air.

Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama empat hari secara daring pada tanggal 3–6 September 2024 ini diikuti oleh 19 dosen dari berbagai wilayah, seperti Semarang, Bandung, Jakarta, dan Jambi. Dengan menggunakan moda synchronous dan asynchronous, total pelatihan mencapai 50 jam, memadukan fleksibilitas pembelajaran daring dengan interaksi aktif bersama para fasilitator profesional.

Materi pelatihan disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan aktual dunia pendidikan tinggi dan mencakup topik-topik strategis seperti:

  • Konstruktivisme dalam Pembelajaran
  • Etika dan Moral dalam Pembelajaran
  • Kepemimpinan Visioner di Era Disrupsi Digital
  • Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan
  • Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Rekonstruksi Mata Kuliah
  • Aplikasi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK)
  • Ragam Media Pembelajaran
  • Evaluasi Pembelajaran dan Alternative Assessment
  • Penulisan Buku Ajar
  • Pre-test dan Post-test sebagai alat ukur efektivitas pelatihan

Pelatihan ini juga sejalan dengan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, yang mengharuskan dosen memiliki empat kompetensi utama: profesional, pedagogik, kepribadian, dan sosial. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta didorong untuk tidak hanya memahami teori pembelajaran modern, tetapi juga mampu menerapkannya secara praktis dalam konteks pengajaran yang dinamis dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan mahasiswa.

Kontribusi terhadap SDGs

Pelatihan MOC AA Batch 8 ini merupakan kontribusi nyata terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs), khususnya:

  • SDG 4: Quality Education — dengan meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pengajar, kegiatan ini mendorong terciptanya sistem pendidikan tinggi yang inklusif, merata, dan bermutu.
  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals — dengan melibatkan peserta dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia, pelatihan ini memperkuat kolaborasi antarlembaga dan jejaring antarpendidik di tingkat nasional.

Kegiatan ini juga menjadi wujud nyata dari komitmen UNNES untuk terus menghadirkan pendidikan bermutu tinggi yang berbasis nilai konservasi dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan. Ke depan, pelatihan serupa akan terus diperluas untuk menjangkau lebih banyak dosen dari berbagai penjuru nusantara.
