Semarang, 19 Maret 2024 – Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi Universitas Negeri Semarang (LPPP UNNES) kembali menunjukkan komitmennya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia melalui pelaksanaan Modular Online Course (MOC) Applied Approach (AA) Batch 7 yang berlangsung mulai tanggal 19 hingga 22 Maret 2024. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring dengan moda synchronous dan asynchronous selama empat hari, dan melibatkan total pelatihan sebanyak 50 jam.

Pelatihan ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan andragogik dosen di seluruh Indonesia. Program ini sejalan dengan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, yang menekankan pentingnya penguasaan kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, kepribadian, dan sosial bagi setiap tenaga pengajar.

Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 32 dosen dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia, termasuk Sulawesi Tenggara, Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Barat, Kalimantan Utara, Sumatera Selatan, dan Sumatera Utara,

Materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan mencakup topik-topik penting seperti Konstruktivisme Pembelajaran, Etika dan Moral dalam Pembelajaran, Kepemimpinan Visioner di Era Disrupsi Digital, Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan, Pengembangan Kurikulum, hingga Penulisan Buku Ajar. Pelatihan juga dilengkapi dengan pretest dan post-test untuk mengukur pencapaian peserta.

Dengan menghadirkan para instruktur profesional, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi fondasi kuat bagi para dosen dalam menjalankan peran sebagai pendidik yang adaptif dan berkualitas di tengah perkembangan zaman yang pesat.
