Semarang, 18 Februari 2024 – Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), melalui Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LPPP), kembali menunjukkan komitmennya dalam mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals / SDGs), khususnya Tujuan 4: Pendidikan Berkualitas, melalui penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Peningkatan Keterampilan Dasar Teknik Instruksional (PEKERTI) Batch 23

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring berbasis Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) dari tanggal 13 hingga 17 Februari 2024, dan diikuti oleh 32 dosen muda dari berbagai Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan Swasta (PTN/PTS) dari berbagai universitas di Bali, Jombang, Salatiga, Semarang, Purwokerto, dan Medan.

Pelatihan PEKERTI ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan andragogik dosen, khususnya bagi mereka yang baru memulai karier akademik. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya bertujuan memperkuat kualitas pengajaran, tetapi juga menjadi kontribusi nyata terhadap target SDG 4.c, yaitu meningkatkan jumlah pendidik berkualifikasi.

Selama lima hari pelatihan, peserta mendapatkan materi yang strategis dan mendalam dari para instruktur profesional, meliputi: Kepemimpinan Visioner di Era Disrupsi Digital, Strategi Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan Tinggi, Taksonomi Tujuan Instruksional, Model Pembelajaran Inovatif, Media Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Orang Dewasa, Team Teaching, hingga Penilaian dan Peer Teaching.

Pelatihan ini juga dilengkapi dengan pre-test, post-test, serta sesi real teaching untuk mengukur secara langsung pemahaman dan keterampilan mengajar peserta.

Partisipasi dosen dari berbagai wilayah Indonesia mencerminkan semangat kolaborasi lintas institusi yang sejalan dengan SDG 17: Kemitraan untuk Mencapai Tujuan. Melalui pengembangan kapasitas dosen secara sistematis, UNNES turut memperkuat fondasi pendidikan tinggi yang inklusif, adil, dan berkualitas.

Melalui program pelatihan berkelanjutan seperti PEKERTI, UNNES menegaskan peran strategisnya sebagai institusi pendidikan yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga aktif mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di tingkat nasional dan global.
