Gratification, often in the form of gifts or favors that can influence decisions or actions, poses a risk of conflict of interest and undermines institutional integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LPPM Unnes is committed to upholding anti-gratification principles as part of its integrity-driven work culture. Through this campaign, we educate and remind everyone of the importance of rejecting all forms of gratification that violate rules and ethics. Any receipt of gifts, money, or facilities that could compromise objectivity must be reported and managed according to applicable regulations. Let us collectively safeguard the reputation and credibility of LPPM Unnes by rejecting gratification. Integrity is the cornerstone of building trust and institutional progress.
