This activity was part of UNNES\u2019s efforts to enhance quality improvement and strengthen its internal quality assurance system in facing the Higher Education Institutional Accreditation (APT) process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The benchmarking activities were carried out as a strategic initiative to study the policies, strategies, and best practices implemented by the reference universities in preparing for institutional reaccreditation. UPI and UNY were selected as benchmarking destinations based on their experience in managing quality assurance systems and institutional accreditation preparation effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The benchmarking visit to Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia was conducted on 5\u20136 May 2026, with the UNNES delegation consisting of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prof. Dr. Rudi Hartono, M.Pd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Andryan Setyadharma, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the benchmarking visit to Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta was held on 11\u201312 May 2026, attended by the following delegation members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Andryan Setyadharma, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., Secretary of the Quality Assurance Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Eram Tunggul Pawenang, S.KM., M.Kes., Head of the Center for the Development of Analysis and Quality Assurance Systems at UNNES<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During the benchmarking activities at UPI, the KPM UNNES delegation received presentations on institutional accreditation policies and strategies delivered by Prof. Dr. Ratnaningsih Eko Sardjono, M.Si., Director of the Directorate of Quality Assurance and Ranking at UPI. The program also included technical discussions regarding the implementation of SAPTO 2.0, reviews of the Self-Evaluation Report (LED) and Higher Education Performance Report (LKPT), observations on accreditation data management, and discussion sessions on challenges and practical solutions in preparing for institutional accreditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At UNY, the activities were held at the Directorate of Quality Assurance, located on the third floor of the Faculty of Medicine Building, and officially opened by Dr. Syukrul Hamdi, M.Pd., Expert Staff of the Directorate of Quality Assurance at UNY. During the session, various strategies implemented by UNY in preparation for the 2026 Institutional Accreditation were presented, including the importance of fulfilling the requirements for achieving \u201cExcellent\u201d accreditation status and ensuring data readiness and verification on the SPMI Kemdiktisaintek platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to gaining insights into institutional strategies for accreditation preparation, the KPM UNNES delegation also discussed various challenges related to the preparation of the Self-Evaluation Report (LED), evidence management, and the provision of supporting accreditation data. The recommendations and best practices shared by both universities are expected to serve as strategic references in strengthening UNNES\u2019s readiness for institutional reaccreditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through these benchmarking activities, KPM UNNES gained a more comprehensive understanding of quality assurance governance, accreditation data management, and practical strategies for facing the APT process.
