The Independent Accreditation Agency for Education (LAMDIK) conducted an accreditation field assessment for the Undergraduate English Education Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) on May 25\u201326, 2026. The field assessment was part of the academic quality evaluation and governance review process aimed at enhancing the quality of higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For this accreditation process, LAMDIK appointed two assessors: Yanty Wirza, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.A., Ph.D (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia) and Mateus Yumarnamto, S.Pd., M.Hum., Ph.D. (Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya). During the assessment, the assessors verified accreditation documents, conducted interviews with university leaders, faculty and study program management, lecturers, administrative staff, students, alumni, and external partners, and reviewed the facilities and infrastructure supporting academic activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The field assessment was conducted smoothly with full support from the university leadership, the academic community of the Faculty of Languages and Arts, and all related stakeholders. This activity served as an important opportunity for the Undergraduate English Education Study Program of FBS UNNES to demonstrate its commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of education, research, and community service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
