The two-day training was attended by representatives from all units within UNNES, as part of the university\u2019s preparation for ISO 21001:2018 certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was officially opened by UNNES leadership and featured expert speakers from a professional training institution with extensive experience in quality management systems for education.
