In order to improve the quality of services, especially in the field of education, there needs to be management support and adjustments through improvements to strategic aspects that have a risk impact according to their level. ISO 21001:2018-based management is here to provide strategic support in managing the management system of educational organizations. PT Aksesindo Cakrawala Perkasa (ACP) collaborated with PT Aspirasi Zenith Konsultan is here to facilitate Semarang State University in managing the organizational management system, especially in the field of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The activity held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 was opened by Prof. Dr. Sugianto, M.Sc. as the Secretary of the Chancellor of Semarang State University accompanied by Prof. Dr. Zaenuri, M.Sc., Akt. as the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs. The training participants consisted of the Dean, Director of the Postgraduate School, Vice Dean I, Vice Director I of the Postgraduate School, Head of Institutions, Directors of Directorates, Heads of UPT, Heads of Units, Heads of Agencies, and Heads of Offices, as well as representatives of task forces from each supporting unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With the existence of ISO 21001:2018, it is hoped that it can provide good changes in organizational management within the Semarang State University environment, especially for improving the quality of education and graduates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
