The activity was conducted as part of the university\u2019s ongoing efforts to evaluate and improve the quality of institutional governance and the implementation of its internal quality assurance system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site visit was conducted by auditor <strong>Prof. Dr. Hari Bakti Mardikantoro, M.Hum.<\/strong> The audit aimed to verify the consistency between documented procedures and evidence of implementation, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal quality assurance system within the Quality Assurance Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the site visit, the auditor reviewed supporting documents, work program implementation, and various aspects related to internal quality assurance activities. The process also provided an opportunity to identify best practices, evaluate existing challenges, and formulate recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The AMI site visit is an essential component of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), ensuring that institutional processes are implemented in accordance with established quality standards.
