Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) held a Socialization of SAPTO 2.0 and APT BAN-PT 4.1 Instruments on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at the Borobudur Room, Prof. Dr. Retnosriningsih Satmoko Building (LPPM), 3rd Floor.
The event featured Prof. Dr. Slamet Wahyudi, Member of the Executive Board of Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT), who delivered a comprehensive presentation on the latest higher education accreditation policies through SAPTO 2.0 and the APT BAN-PT 4.1 Instruments.
The session was attended by the university leadership, including Vice Rectors, the University Secretary, Deans and Vice Deans, the Director of the Graduate School, Heads of Institutes and Centers, unit leaders, as well as Coordinators of Diploma, Undergraduate, Master’s, Doctoral, and Professional Study Programs across UNNES.
This activity was organized to strengthen institutional and study program readiness in achieving the “Excellent” accreditation status. Through this socialization forum, participants gained an in-depth understanding of updated accreditation policies, strategies for meeting assessment criteria, and mechanisms for preparing accreditation documents and supporting evidence in alignment with BAN-PT regulations.
In addition to the presentation, the event included an audience and dialogue session, providing a direct communication platform between UNNES and the Executive Board of BAN-PT. The discussion served as a strategic forum to align perspectives, identify challenges, and formulate recommendations to accelerate quality improvement at both institutional and study program levels.
Through this initiative, UNNES reaffirmed its strong commitment to continuously enhancing governance and academic quality in pursuit of achieving and sustaining Excellent accreditation status.
