The training conducted in a merry with the presence of the Manggar Mayang dance by the Coordinator Study Program of the Master of Art Education, Universitas Negeri Semarang, Dr. Agus Cahyono, M.Hum.<br \/>\nManggar Mayang dance is a dance inspired by the DUGDERAN festival, which is a Semarang city festival that is a symbol of starting to fast in the holy month of Ramadhan. The name \u201cdugderan\u201d comes from \u201cDug\u201d which means the sound that comes from the drum that is sounded when you want to pray Maghrib, while \u201cDer\u201d is the sound of the beating of a cannon or firecracker.<br \/>\nManggar Mayang dance tells about the cheerfulness, agility, unity, gracefulness, and dynamism of Semarang girls but still within the prevailing norms and shows that Semarang teenagers are able to take care of themselves. The property used is the Manggar Mayang crown (coconut flower) which describes the meaning of life<br \/>\nDr. Agus Cahyono hopes that this Manggar Mayang dance performance can provide entertainment for the participants in growing leadership training and become an inspiration for participants to be creative in making works that relate to their respective fields of knowledge.
