Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) launched the UNNES Summer Camp 2026 on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Rectorate building courtyard. The program carries the theme Youth Collaboration for Sustainable Development<\/em> as a platform for international students to learn about culture, community life, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is designed as a cross-cultural learning experience that integrates education, social interaction, and field-based activities. Participants are not only engaged in academic sessions but also involved directly in community life to gain a deeper understanding of local cultural values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this initiative, students have the opportunity to explore Indonesia\u2019s cultural diversity while strengthening their awareness of sustainability in a global context. \u201cThis program serves as a collaborative platform that brings together diverse perspectives on culture and sustainable development,\u201d was highlighted during the opening session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to cultural learning, the program emphasizes environmental conservation as a core value of UNNES. Participants are encouraged to understand the relationship between culture, environment, and community life within the framework of sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The summer camp also strengthens UNNES\u2019s international network by facilitating direct interaction among students from various countries. This collaboration is expected to promote idea exchange and foster inclusive cross-cultural understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this program, UNNES reaffirms its commitment as a conservation-oriented university that integrates academic excellence with cultural preservation and global sustainability values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
